He began his adventure with gastronomy over 20 years ago, exploring the secrets of flavors at the French Cafe Boheme in London. Since then, he has worked in English and New York restaurants as well as reputable catering companies, including INN OR OUT, Alison Price & Company Ltd, By Word of Mouth Ltd. Surrounded by excellent French cooks; he perfected culinary artistry, serving his guests dishes from various regions of the globe.
He has cooked several times at the Cannes film festival with Soho House and prepared specialties for skiers in the French Alps (Meribel). In the years 2005-2011, as an Executive Chef, he took care of creating and proper functioning of the kitchen in all the locations of "Paparazzi" in Poland.
Since 2011 he has been running with passion Le Bistrot Parisien - a truly Parisian place in the heart of the picturesque city of Wrocław. He values life with taste, enhanced with a bouquet of dry wine. Inspired by the French taste manifesting in fashion, music and the manner of composing dishes.
